• Registration: To perform Umrah, tourists must register via the “Etemarna” app as foreign pilgrims. They can also book prayer times through the app.
• Vaccination Status: It is mandatory for tourists to update their vaccination status on the “Tawakalna” app, showing completion of both vaccine doses or at least 14 days after the first dose.
• Sanitization Measures: Masjid al-Haram has intensified its sanitization efforts with continuous cleaning using eco-friendly materials and perfumes. Approximately 4,000 workers are involved in cleaning the mosque and its surroundings multiple times daily.

• National Vaccination Campaign: Saudi Arabia has launched a nationwide vaccination campaign to boost tourism and ensure safety in public places.
• Vaccination Requirements: Starting August 1, vaccinations will be mandatory for entry into government and private institutions, educational facilities, entertainment venues, and public transportation.
